Returns, Warranty & Faults Policy

Our Returns & Warranty Promise

We design our sticks to be played hard and enjoyed for a long time. Hockey is a fast, physical game, and with that comes natural wear — but quality, performance, and fairness always come first for us.

This policy is here to be clear, honest, and transparent about what we cover, how we handle issues, and what you can expect from us if something isn’t right. If there’s ever a genuine manufacturing fault, we’ll make it right. If it’s normal wear from playing the game, we’ll always be upfront about that too.

We believe trust goes both ways, and this policy reflects that.

1. Returns (Unused Products)

We accept returns on unused and unmarked products within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the product must be unused

  • protective wrapping and labels must be intact

  • the item must be returned in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.

2. Warranty Coverage

All hockey sticks are covered by a 6 month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, including:

  • structural failure of the shaft or head

  • cracking or delamination not caused by impact

  • defects in bonding or layup

  • clear faults in workmanship present from new

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer:

  • a replacement stick, or

  • a store credit or refund (at our discretion.

3. What Is Not Covered

Hockey is a high-impact sport and some cosmetic wear is unavoidable.

The following are not considered manufacturing faults and are not covered under warranty:

  • Paint chipping, scratching, or scuffing caused by normal play

  • Wear to the toe, edges, or striking face from turf or stick contact

  • Cosmetic changes that do not affect performance

  • Damage caused by misuse, impact with hard objects, or improper storage

  • Grip wear or loosening after use

  • Loose end caps

  • Damage caused by extreme temperatures or moisture exposure

Paint and finish wear is considered normal wear and tear, particularly in high-impact areas.
