At VENOM Hockey, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the information below regarding shipping, delivery times and important delivery policies.
Free standard shipping is available on all UK and Ireland orders over £100.

2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During peak periods, product launches, promotions or busy seasonal periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Custom, personalised or made-to-order products may require additional manufacturing time before dispatch. Once manufactured and ready for dispatch, these orders will follow the standard shipping and delivery timeframes outlined in this Shipping Policy.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for orders under £100 are calculated at checkout based on:

5. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once their order has been dispatched.
Some smaller items may be sent using untracked delivery services.

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

VENOM Hockey is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or external events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Incorrect Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
VENOM Hockey is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply before redelivery.
8. Lost, Missing or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@venomhockey.co.uk with:

photographs of the packaging

photographs of any damage
If a parcel appears lost or missing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.
Claims for missing parcels may require a reasonable investigation period before replacement or refund options are considered.
9. Customs and Import Charges
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply depending on local regulations.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
